These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and 21 takabet ("the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"). Bet Acceptance: A bet is only accepted and confirmed once a bet ID is generated and displayed in your 21 takabet account betting history. Verbal instructions, email requests, or any other form of communication does not constitute a valid bet. 21 takabet reserves the right to refuse any bet, limit stakes on any market, or restrict a player's betting activity at its discretion.

Odds: All odds displayed on 21 takabet are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and a bet ID is issued, the odds at which the bet was placed are locked and cannot be changed. Void Bets: 21 takabet may void a bet in any of the following circumstances:

Before closure is processed, any pending bets will be settled and any available balance (subject to withdrawal conditions) will be returned to you via your verified payment method. Accounts closed voluntarily at your request cannot be reopened for a minimum cooling-off period of 30 days.
